RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope you are happy with your purchase at Litti Complementos, however, if you are not satisfied with any of your items or find that there is any type of defect, you have fourteen (14) business days from the date of delivery of the package to return the product/s.

Almost all the products of the web are unique pieces, in the case that for some computer mistake the purchase could be made and the product was not available, we would immediately contact you besides reimbursing the amount paid

All shipping costs for change or return of products are paid by the customer , except in the case that the product was different to the one requested. In this case Litti Complementos would assume the costs of postage.

You can request the return of a product within the established period by filling in the return form or by contacting info@litticomplementos.com and we will contact you at as soon as possible to arrange the return.

Once we have received the returned item/s, you will have the option of changing the item or refunding the amount paid. This process will be carried out within 72 hours after receiving the package returned.

Litti Complementos will not accept the return of any item damaged, used, worn, broken or in different conditions in which it was delivered.

Returned items must be sent postage paid through a courier service or certified mail to the address provided by Litti Complementos.
