3. DELIVERIES AND SHIPMENTS

Once we have received your payment, we will proceed to send of your order that will have an expected delivery date within the next 10 business days for Spanish territory or 15 business days for Europe and Rest of the world. At the time the shipment has been made, you will immediately receive a confirmation to the mail electronic information provided when placing your order with the shipping information and the tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, you have the right to cancel your order within 15 working days at no cost and with a refund of the 100% of the purchase price.

Information for shipments within Spanish territory:
Litti Complementos makes shipments throughout the national territory and its price is € 5.00. Shipments of orders over 50.00 € of purchase, will be free. This only applies to orders with delivery within the Spanish territory. In Litti Complementos we deliver to all the Spanish territory with the certified courier services of Correos. Packages must only be signed by the recipient upon receipt. If you are not at the address indicated on the package at the time of delivery, the courier service will come back once more, contact the phone you have provided or leave a delivery note with instructions on where to pick up the package and sign the delivery. Customers within Spain, should receive orders within 10 business days from the date of shipment.With the tracking number provided by Litti Accessories at the time of shipment, the customer can follow the same and see the delivery date of your order. Please note that some local courier agents could modify the tracking and shipping numbers once they have received the package in your distribution center. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time and you have difficulties to carry out the follow-up of your order, please contact Litti’s customer service department. Shipments to European Union countries and Rest of the world:
Orders must be received within a maximum period of 15 business days from the date of shipment. The shipping cost is € 9.00 for Europe and € 13.00 for the rest of the world. With the tracking number provided by Litti Complementos at the time of shipment, the customer can track it and see the delivery date of the order. Please note that some local courier agents could modify the tracking and shipping numbers once they have received the package at their distribution center. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time and you have difficulties to carry out the follow-up of your order, please contact Litti’s customer service department. Extra charges for postal delivery and / or possible taxes applicable to the importation of items in the receiving country will be borne by the customer and will be oblivious to Litti Complementos.

Resolution
The resolution of any controversy or divergence related to this website will be governed by Spanish law, being exclusively competent the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, Spain.
